Everyone needs a HEROBOARD!
I love how you can use it for a full body workout and/or use it to target some of those stubborn areas (core, inner thigh, etc). It’s a fun workout tool to use solo or with a partner. It’s smooth and easy to use but definitely a killer workout every time!

The fixed wheels and low center of gravity allow more exercises on a smooth and stable surface. HEROBOARD is built with a low center of gravity to ensure stability. We've angled our design by 3° for a raised heel which eases your form to protect your knees, as well as help bringing the board back for eccentric exercises.
